What is photovoice?
Photovoice is an arts-based participatory action research methodology where the researcher partners with participants to drive social change.
Photovoice has three main goals:
Goal 1
To enable people to record and reflect their community's strengths and concerns.
Goal 2
To promote critical dialogue and knowledge about important issues through large and small group discussion of photographs.
Goal 3
To reach policymakers.
